The Disney World, holidays in Florida 2012 is a major attraction for both adults and children. Not only the attraction of a holiday / vacation to Disney stretch across the age groups, but also appeal to people of all backgrounds, races and religions. As a Muslim, I am of course happy to ensure that every place I visit, I have access to halal food – villas in Orlando, Florida included! If you are unfamiliar with the term halal, it is described by the Halal Food Authority. I was quite surprised when the research facilities at Disney World, Orlando, Florida with respect to the lack of halal restaurants there.

There is very little attention from the formal sites to the need for Muslims to eat halal food while on vacation / holiday in the resort. The only halal restaurant that I could find is located just outside of Disney World, Orlando, Florida.
